The state’s highest court on Thursday denied bond for a clerk accused of possessing child porn.
The Supreme Court said it was satisfied with the prosecution’s closing arguments that the case against Johnathan Brown is credible.
Brown, 32, is charged with one count of possession of child pornography, a Class A felony.
He was arrested on March 17, but the charges were dropped after he posted bond.
Brown was a clerk at the Kentucky Supreme Court before being charged.
